Speakers: Dr. Edie Williams and Connie Cwik, RAC

Dr. Edie Williams is a retired Navy Captain with 25 years of service in uniform and another 15 years of consulting.  She provides guidance to clients in the areas of strategic planning and communications, change management, and organizational diagnosis. She also provides executive coaching and life coaching.

With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University, her postgraduate degrees include a Master of Science in Management from Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Edie also earned a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at GW as well as contributing to management and entrepreneurial conferences and journals.

Connie Cwik, RAC is an Executive Coach, Speaker and Consultant, and is the CEO of Cwik Business Connections.  Connie has more than 25 years of building relationships with clients. She is also passionate about building, growing and developing high-performing teams and people that lead.

Connie has been an IT Executive in roles like VP of Sales in Life Sciences and Healthcare. Most recently she has focused her efforts in the Life Sciences industry and particularly coaching leaders at Merck Pharmaceutical and others in IT and Regulatory.  She earned her Regulatory Affairs Certification, Global by scoring in the top 96 percentile.  Her background also includes Executive Coach for The Walt Disney Company as well as other companies like General Motors, HCL and Accenture.
