Plant Based Vaccines Innovation for Rapid Responses presented by Tatyana Blankenship, Facilities Director, Medicago
Tatyana Blankenship has held several positions within Medicago since its US inception in 2011. She is currently the Facilities Director and was previously a Scientific Project Manager and a Greenhouse Supervisor. Her professional background includes drug development, gene therapy, agricultural biotechnology, bone and tissue processing, technical communication, startup operations, healthcare innovation, regulatory compliance, and tactical team leadership. She holds an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Business Administration from NC State. She was also a Combat Medic for the US Army National Guard and enjoys working on investment property and local causes when not serving her team. Tanya happily calls Durham, NC her home.
